    You need to be using the latest version of the client – v3.1.12 (it was uploaded today)

    Debug logs - For Troubleshooting:



    Required for troubleshooting - Please open in a text editor (notepad) and copy the whole contents of the file "c:\program files\reducethelag\RTL.log". It could be hundreds of lines, thats ok, send it all :)
    If your inquiry doesn't involve the debug logs just enter NA here.
